Teaching with Dreams & Tactics

Dreams & Tactics gives you ready-to-use resources that bring business education to life. Every Monday, we release new 5-minute videos telling the story of real, young entrepreneurs. These stories are perfect for sparking classroom discussion — no prep required. Outside of class, students can go deeper with our interactive game, where they step into the role of a business consultant solving key business problems for exciting startups.

Built to Empower Teachers. Built to Inspire Students.

We built Dreams & Tactics by first listening carefully to teachers, students, and what Ontario’s education system is asking for. Our research showed that students need more real-world engagement, career readiness, and quick, accessible learning experiences. Teachers need tools that save time and spark lasting interest. Dreams & Tactics was designed to meet these needs — and it fits right in with Ontario’s focus on career and life planning, entrepreneurship education, inclusive learning, and innovation.

  • TURNING A DREAM INTO TACTICS

“I built Dreams & Tactics because I’m incredibly passionate about business studies—not just as a subject, but as a way to empower the next generation of problem solvers and leaders. During my Bachelor of Commerce and MBA, I spent countless hours reading business origin stories and tackling business case studies. And I really enjoyed working through case studies because they’re a great way to use the tools in your toolbelt, so you finish the cases feeling empowered.

But if I’m honest, these cases could have been much more engaging. They shouldn’t just be academic exercises – they should be exciting, interactive experiences that make students see the impact of making smart business decisions.

Business isn’t just numbers and strategy—it’s about solving real problems for real people. And my goal is to spread that enthusiasm so that your students leave class inspired to take on the world.”
